SECTION 01 Introduction

Welcome to c444. These Terms and Conditions apply to all users of the c444 platform, including the website at c444.casino, any associated mobile applications, and all games and services offered through the platform. Throughout this document, "c444", "we", "us", and "our" refer to the c444 platform and its operating entity. "You" and "your" refer to the registered player or visitor using the platform.

By accessing c444, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read these terms in full and that you agree to be bound by them. These terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gaming policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and c444.

SECTION 02 Eligibility

SECTION 03 Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold only one account at c444. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, or using different payment methods — is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances.

When registering at c444, you are required to provide accurate and complete information, including:

• Your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued ID.
• A valid email address that you have access to.
• Your date of birth.
• A valid phone number.
• Your current residential address.

Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration is a violation of these terms and may result in immediate account closure. c444 is not responsible for any losses arising from a player's failure to provide accurate registration details.

SECTION 04 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your c444 account credentials, including your username and password. c444 will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. If you receive any such request, treat it as fraudulent and report it to our support team immediately.

• Do not share your login credentials with any other person.
• Do not allow anyone else to access your c444 account.
• Use a strong, unique password that you do not use on other platforms.
• Log out of your account when using shared or public devices.
• Notify c444 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

c444 is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to take reasonable precautions to protect your login credentials. Any activity carried out through your account is your responsibility unless you have reported a security breach to c444 in a timely manner.

SECTION 05 Deposits

c444 accepts deposits through a range of payment methods available to players in Bangladesh. All deposits must be made from a payment account that is registered in your own name. c444 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts, and any deposit identified as coming from a third party will be returned and the account may be suspended pending investigation.

• Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of deposit.
• Deposits are generally credited to your c444 account instantly or within a few minutes.
• c444 does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
• All deposits are subject to anti-money laundering checks in line with our compliance obligations.

c444 reserves the right to request documentation to verify the source of funds for any deposit. This is a standard compliance requirement and is not an indication of wrongdoing. Failure to provide requested documentation may result in the deposit being held until verification is complete.

SECTION 06 Withdrawals

Withdrawals at c444 are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever possible. This is a standard anti-money laundering requirement and applies to all players. If the original payment method is no longer available, c444 will work with you to find an alternative, subject to additional verification.

• Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed within 1–3 business days in most cases.
• Identity verification must be completed before your first withdrawal can be processed.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed in the cashier section.
• Withdrawals of bonus winnings are subject to the wagering requirements outlined in Section 7.
• c444 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing large withdrawals.

SECTION 07 Bonuses and Promotions

c444 offers bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each offer, as well as the general bonus rules set out in this section. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general terms, the specific promotion terms take precedence.

• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements are calculated based on the bonus amount unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms.
• Bonus funds are used before real money funds when placing bets, unless stated otherwise.
• c444 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.
• Players found to be abusing bonus offers — including through the use of multiple accounts or coordinated betting — will have their bonuses forfeited and their accounts reviewed.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements are fully met.

c444 monitors bonus usage patterns as part of our standard platform integrity checks. Unusual betting patterns associated with bonus play — such as placing bets that cover all outcomes to reduce risk while meeting wagering requirements — may be flagged and the bonus forfeited at c444's discretion.

SECTION 08 Game Rules and Fair Play

All games available at c444 operate using certified random number generator (RNG) technology that has been independently tested and verified. The published return-to-player (RTP) figures for each game reflect the long-term statistical return and are accurate representations of each game's payout rate.

• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with the platform or place bets.

• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Using the platform for any money laundering or financial crime activity.
• Providing false identity information or impersonating another person.
• Attempting to reverse or dispute legitimate transactions through your payment provider (chargebacks).

Continued use of the c444 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with the updated terms, you must stop using the platform and contact support to close your account.
